Surjeet Mahapatro has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Tata Play Fiber since November 2022, having previously held the same position at Tata Play Fiber from July 2019 to August 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at Vodafone Idea Limited from March 2008 to September 2018 as Head of Customer Service, and roles at Reliance Communications as Zonal Customer Service from February 2006 to March 2008, and at Bharti Airtel as Retail Store Manager from October 2002 to February 2006. Surjeet Mahapatro holds a Master in Computer Application from the University of Madras (1999-2002) and a Bachelor in Commerce (Hons) from Berhampur University (1996-1999).
