Suresh Bala

Suresh Bala is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in SCADA systems and renewable energy. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited since March 2021, Suresh specializes in SCADA operations, design and engineering, telemetry, and commissioning for various solar projects, successfully commissioning over 3 GW of solar projects while managing an additional 5 GW of solar assets under SCADA operations and maintenance. Prior to this role, Suresh worked as a Solar Technical Engineer at QOS Energy, focusing on solar data analysis and plant integration for clients across India, the USA, UK, and Europe. Suresh's earlier experience includes positions at iPLON Solutions GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed SCADA commissioning, testing, and communication protocols, and an embedded software engineer role at QBITRONICS, specializing in embedded systems development. Suresh holds an advanced diploma in real-time embedded systems from Cranes Varsity and a degree from Anna University.
