Dr. Balaji Santhanam

Dr. Balaji Santhanam currently serves as the Group Chief Medical Officer at TATA Power since January 2021, following a tenure as Chief Medical Officer at Godrej Group from April 2017 to January 2021. With extensive experience in health and wellness management, Dr. Santhanam led the Asia Pacific Health & Wellness strategy at IBM from December 2007 to March 2017, focusing on integrating health benefits and wellness to enhance organizational productivity and reduce health-related costs.
