Dr.neelesh Kane

Dr. Neelesh Kane began their work experience in 1995 as a Senior Executive at Larsen & Toubro, where they worked until 2002. Dr.Neelesh then served as an Assistant Manager at Suzlon Group from 2002 to 2003. Following that, they became a Manager at Reliance Energy from 2003 to 2005. Dr. Kane then joined Tata Power-DDL in 2005 as a Circle Head, a role they held until 2021. Currently, they are working as the Chief Distribution at TATA Power.

Dr. Neelesh Kane has a diverse education history. Dr.Neelesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering Karad, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Dr.Neelesh then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Energy Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, from 2008 to 2010. In 2012, Dr. Kane completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Power & Strategy Management from UPES. Dr.Neelesh further enhanced their knowledge with a Senior Executive Leadership Program from Harvard Business School in 2016-2017 and an Advanced Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2022-2023, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Dr.Neelesh is also a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) from the Bureau of Energy Efficiency and a FIE Fellow and chartered Engineer from the Institute of Engineers India.
