Saibal Mitra

Saibal Mitra is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Group Head of Legal at TATA Power since May 2012, specializing in legal and compliance issues for the company and its group entities. Previously, Saibal worked as a Contract Manager in Legal and Contract Management at Accenture Services and held positions in Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Advisory at KPMG and Tax and Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. The career began in legal roles as a Junior Advocate and Advocate Assistant, with initial experiences as a legal intern at various firms. Saibal holds a Diploma in Tax Laws from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a BSL LLB from ILS Law College, Pune University.
