Sarmistha Dash

Sarmistha Dash has diverse work experience in various human resources roles. Sarmistha is currently working as a Human Resources Lead at TATA Power since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager HR-sales at Dytron Steel from August 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they had a tenure as an Executive HR at SHYAM METALICS AND ENERGY LIMITED from August 2019 to August 2020, and as a Management Trainee HR from June 2018 to August 2019. Additionally, they gained experience as an HR Recruiter IT at Headtracers Consulting from January 2018 to May 2018.

Sarmistha Dash completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics & Telecom Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha in 2016. Sarmistha then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource from Ravenshaw University, graduating in 2018.
