Shweta Mathur

Shweta Mathur has extensive work experience in the energy industry, particularly with TATA Power. Shweta began their career in 2005 with Tata Power-DDL, where they held various roles, including Assistant General Manager. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing new business areas such as electric vehicles, home automation, and renewable energy. Shweta also led the customer service group, managing a team of over 50 employees and handling customer transactions and complaint management. In 2018, they moved to TATA POWER INTERNATIONAL PTE LIMITED as the Chief Financial Officer, providing financial services to global entities of Tata Power Co. Ltd. Additionally, they offered Board of Director services to a wide variety of global entities. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Enterprise Business (Commercial and Industrial Account) for Renewables Energy Solutions at TATA Power since 2022.

Shweta Mathur completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom Hons) degree in Business/Commerce from Jesus & Mary College of Education in the years 2000 to 2003. Shweta then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management (PGDBM) from FORE School of Management, New Delhi from 2003 to 2005. In 2015 to 2016, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from Emeritus.
