Swarnika Singh

Swarnika Singh is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group Head of Corporate HR at The Tata Power Company Limited since November 2024. In addition to this role, Swarnika has been the Group Head of Business HR at Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited since December 2019 and has held the position of Lead Associate in Business HR at TATA Power since March 2011. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Welspun India Limited from April 2007 to March 2011. Swarnika's academic background includes a PGDBM in HR from the International School of Business & Media, completed between 2005 and 2007.
