Nilay Biswas

Nilay Biswas is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and construction within the power and steel sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at Tata Projects since November 2011, Nilay has led the installation and commissioning of critical infrastructure for water treatment plants and diesel generators, as well as integrated firefighting systems. Previous roles include Deputy Manager and Senior Engineer at Tata Steel Ltd. and Cairn Energy India Limited, where responsibilities encompassed the erection of process piping and firefighting systems. Nilay began the career as an Engineer-Construction focusing on significant projects related to power generation and plant installations. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology.
