Pratixa Davawala

Ms. Pratixa Davawala is Chief Compliance Officer and Head - Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk and Ethics at Tata Projects Ltd. She is responsible for leading the Internal Audit, Compliance and Enterprise Risk functions with focus on strengthening governance, internal controls, and compliance. She is also the Chief Ethics Officer of the company.

Pratixa comes with a rich experience of more than 20 years in the areas of Internal Controls and Internal Audit, Ethics and Compliance, Risk Management and Corporate Governance across various industries. Her prior stints include being the Business Integrity and Compliance Manager at Castrol India Limited and in various capacities at Star India, Tech Mahindra Business Services and KPMG.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor (USA), Certified Internal Auditor (USA), Certified Bank Forensic Accountant (India) and Certified Registered Co-ordinator for COPC CSP.
