Dr. Sushil Ojha

Dr. Sushil Ojha began their work experience in 2001 as a Lecturer in Economics at I.H.M. (Govt. of India), Patna. In 2006, they joined Tata Steel Processing And Distribution Ltd. and held various managerial positions in Sales & Marketing, Business Excellence, and as an Executive Officer to the General Manager. In 2020, they moved to Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited, where they served as the Divisional Manager in Corporate HR & Chief Diversity Officer, and later became the Head of HRM & Chief Diversity Officer.
