Karan Lakhani

Karan Lakhani has significant work experience in the field of Human Resources. Karan began their career at Tata Steel in April 2012 as a Manager HRM, where they worked until September 2015. After that, they served as the Senior Manager HRM Supply Chain from October 2015 to July 2019, and then as the Head HRBP from August 2019 to July 2022. Following this, they were on deputation to Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited from July 2022 onwards. From September 2023, they took on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at TSDPL.

Karan Lakhani has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Karan then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PGDPM&IR) at the Xavier Institute of Social Service from 2010 to 2012. Most recently, in 2022, they attended the University of Cambridge to study Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, although no specific degree was mentioned.
