Pritam Mitra

Pritam Mitra has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pritam started their career in 2005 with Tata Steel Processing And Distribution Ltd. as Deputy Manager of Internal Audit. Pritam then moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Senior Consultant and eventually became a Principal Consultant. In 2013, they joined IBM India Private Limited as a Senior Advisory Consultant before transitioning to Emami Ltd in 2014. At Emami Ltd, they held various positions including AGM-IT (Senior Business Partner - Finance & HR) and DGM-IT. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited as the Head of Finance and Accounts in Jamshedpur, and later took on the role of Head of Corporate Finance in July 2021.

Pritam Mitra completed their Madhyamik degree at Hartley's High School in 1990. Pritam then pursued a Higher Secondary education at St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, from 1990 to 1992. Following that, they attended the University of Calcutta and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from 1992 to 1995. In 1994, Pritam Mitra also studied at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, earning an ICWA degree until 1997. Finally, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, becoming a Chartered Accountant from 1995 to 1998.
