Martin Woudstra

Martin Woudstra is a highly skilled professional in process safety and health, safety, and environment (HSE) engineering, currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Process Safety at Tata Steel in Europe since October 2017. Prior to this, Martin held various roles including Consultant Design HSE at Jacobs, where responsibilities included managing HSE and legal activities for BP refinery turnaround projects, and HSEW Consultant at GLT-PLUS, contributing to the Groningen Gas Field rejuvenation and NAM gas storage development. Martin's career began with research at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, focusing on zeolite preparation methods, alongside an internship at ECN Institute analyzing membrane processes. Martin holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Groningen.
