Tom Eussen

Tom Eussen has extensive experience in leadership roles within the steel and aluminum industries, currently serving as Managing Director IJmuiden and Downstream Europe at Tata Steel in Europe since October 2017. Eussen has previously held positions such as Operations Director at Tata Steel Colors, overseeing five sites across Europe with full P&L responsibility, and General Manager for Consumer Products and Central & Eastern Europe at Tata Steel. Earlier experience includes various managerial roles at Corus Aluminium and Pechiney/Alcan, where Eussen demonstrated expertise in operational management, financial oversight, and efficiency improvements. Eussen holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Business Information Systems from the University of Twente, an MBA from IMD, and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Twente.
