Alok Kumar Singh

Alok Kumar Singh is an experienced professional in the mining industry, currently serving as Area Manager Planning at Tata Steel since July 2014, overseeing mine planning for a 6.5 MTPA opencast coal mine in the West Bokaro Division. Prior roles include Area Manager Safety, Senior Manager Planning for the Jharia Division, and Manager (Mining) managing operations in underground coal collieries. Alok's career began as a Management Trainee Technical at Tata Steel, followed by internships related to mine operations. Alok holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mining Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi and a Diploma in Microfinance and Entrepreneurship from FMS BHU.
