Capt Manish Sinha

Capt Manish Sinha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administration, government relations, and security management. Currently serving as Head of Administration, Government Relations & Despatch at Tata Steel since February 2024, Capt Sinha has previously held senior positions at Tata Metaliks, where responsibilities included leading general management efforts from April 2019 to February 2024, and overseeing security and administration from June 2014 to March 2019. Prior roles also include General Manager of Administration at UAIL (Aditya Birla Group) and Head of Administration at Tata Steel Ltd., with a focus on stakeholder management, CSR initiatives, and liaising with government agencies. Capt Sinha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune, and completed ICSE at St. Xavier's School, Ranchi.
