Charlotte Thomas

Charlotte Thomas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and education. Currently serving as an Account Manager and CVC Manager at Tata Steel since January 2020, Charlotte has also held roles as a Customer Service Representative at both Tata Steel and HSBC. Prior to their corporate experience, Charlotte developed strong teaching skills at GRESOL International-American School, where responsibilities included first-grade tutoring and teaching various subjects across primary levels. Additionally, Charlotte supported students as a Classroom Assistant at Ashfield School and Ellis Guilford School. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Nottingham Trent University, Charlotte has effectively combined educational expertise with customer-focused roles throughout their career.
