Girija Pati

Girija Pati has over 14 years of experience at Tata Steel, currently serving as Senior Manager in Drilling & Blasting and Logistics. Key achievements include executing India's first semi-autonomous drill operation, SMART-ROC-D-65, at Noamundi Mining Operation, and implementing an automated drill plan formulation system. Girija has coordinated excavation operations for 13MT of iron ore, integrated the Feet Management System (FMS) across Noamundi and Katamati iron ore mines, and ensured safe mining operations in various managerial roles. Educational background includes a Senior Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Keonjhar.
