Peeyush Gupta

Peeyush Gupta is the current VP of Steel Marketing & Sales at Tata Steel. Prior to this, they were the President & CEO of Tata Steel Thailand from September 2011 to November 2013. Peeyush has been with Tata Steel for over 20 years, starting their career in India before moving to Thailand. Peeyush has extensive experience in the steel industry, and their knowledge has helped Tata Steel become one of the leading steel companies in the world.

Peeyush Gupta has a BE (hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Engineering college, Kota, India. Peeyush then did an MBA in Marketing & Finance from McGill University. After that, they did a Managers for leadership - chevening scholar program in General management from University of Leeds. Finally, they did an Advanced management program in General management from CEDEP, INSEAD, France.

They work with Sanjib Nanda - VP, Financial Operations & Corporate Reporting, Rajiv Kumar - VP Operation, TSK, and Atrayee Sanyal - VP, HR Management. Their manager is T V Narendran, CEO & Managing Director.
