Rajarshi Choudhury

Rajarshi Choudhury is an experienced safety professional with expertise in workplace and contractor safety across various sectors, including logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Area Manager of Safety at Tata Steel since September 2019, Rajarshi has held multiple roles focused on safety management, including responsibilities in the Meramandali division and regional safety coordination. Prior to Tata Steel, Rajarshi worked as an EHS Officer at ITC Limited and as a Senior Engineer EHS at Larsen & Toubro, contributing to significant projects such as the Kakrapara Atomic Power Project. Education includes an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from the Regional Labour Institute, Kolkata, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from KIIT.
