Ritika Pathak

Ritika Pathak currently holds the position of Area Manager for HRM Group Companies at Tata Steel since May 2020, with previous roles including Area Manager for HRM - Leadership Development and Manager HR Business Partner for LD2 & Slab Caster. Prior experience includes a summer internship and an industrial trainee position at Tata Steel, as well as serving as an Articled Assistant at Sharma Naresh & Associates. Ritika is pursuing an Advanced HRM Program at XLRI Jamshedpur and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, along with a Degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy & Finance from Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration. Education was completed at Loreto House in Kolkata.
