Sidheshwar Kumar

Sidheshwar Kumar currently serves as the Head of QA Tubes & LDP at Tata Steel, with a career at the company beginning in July 2011. Over the years, Sidheshwar has held various significant positions, including Sr. Manager QA for both Tubes and Hot Strip Mill, and Manager of Rolling for the Wire Rod Mill. Noteworthy achievements include executing operations for the Wire Rod Mill with a production capacity of 0.45 MMTPA while achieving zero lost time injuries, and leading key projects that produced substantial financial impacts through operational efficiencies. Sidheshwar holds a B.Tech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela and has undergone comprehensive training, including managerial development modules at XLRI, Jamshedpur. Prior experience includes a summer internship at IMMT focusing on ferritic steel powder.
