Shailesh Saraph

Shailesh Saraph is Executive Vice President and Global Head for the ER&D vertical at Tata Technologies. In his role, he is responsible for key customer stakeholder engagements by creating sustainable value for customers in the ER&D line of business. His role also includes driving new lines of services in the emerging areas of automated, connected, shared, and electrification in mobility to create value for customers.

With an experience of 30 years in Engineering Services and IT/ITES, he has domain expertise in the manufacturing industry for automotive, aerospace and industrial heavy machinery with a focus on business transformation, high-value engagement model definition, stakeholder management and efficient service delivery. In his previous roles as Sr. Vice President for the APAC region, he spearheaded the largest engagement for an automotive OEM in its transformational journey. He had also set up an offshore development center for major automotive OEMs, digital technology evaluation, selection and implementation.

Shailesh holds BE degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in finance from the University of Pune.
