Currently serving as the Module Leader for Doors & Lids System at Tata Technologies since March 2022, Tushar is responsible for the delivery of business objectives for Jaguar Land Rover's strategic programmes. Prior to this role, Tushar held various leadership positions at Jaguar Land Rover, including oversight of process design, cost management, and programme strategy. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at IAC Group and Mahindra & Mahindra, managing diverse teams and ensuring successful project delivery. Tushar holds a Master's degree in Automotive Product Design from Coventry University.
