Daichi Sasaki

Daichi Sasaki has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Daichi began their career at Sony as a Researcher before becoming a Visiting Scholar at the University of Washington in 2002. In 2005, they returned to the University of Washington in the same role. Daichi then joined MotionPortrait, Inc. in 2007 as a Researcher, and was promoted to App Division Manager in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Apptly as a Lead Engineer and then to AEDIT in 2018 as a Lead iOS Engineer. Most recently, Daichi began working at Tatango in 2022 as a Senior Software Engineer.

Daichi Sasaki obtained a Bachelor of Science in Policy Management from Keio University between 1993 and 1997. Daichi then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Media and Governance from the same university between 1997 and 1999. Since then, Daichi has obtained several certifications, including a Become a Blockchain Developer certification from LinkedIn Learning in May 2022, a Deep Reinforcement Learning Nanodegree from Udacity in June 2021, a Robotics Software Nanodegree from Udacity in April 2020, a Computer Vision Nanodegree from Udacity in March 2019, a Flying Car Nanodegree from Udacity in July 2018, a Core Data for iOS and OS X certification from Lynda.com in May 2018, a Learning LayoutTest for iOS Development certification from Lynda.com in January 2018, a Swift: Writing Testable Code certification from Lynda.com in January 2018, an iOS App Development: Design Patterns for Mobile Architecture certification from Lynda.com in December 2017, an iOS App Development: Test-Driven Development certification from Lynda.com in December 2017, a Managing Your Time certification from LinkedIn in November 2017, a Disrupting Yourself certification from LinkedIn in September 2017, and a Machine Learning certification from Coursera in June 2014.
