Prior to this role, Surendra worked as an Office Assistant cum Purchase Executive at Enviro Infra Engineers Limited from January 2021 to October 2021, and served as an Accounts Receivable professional using SAP B1 at Color Avenues Asian Paints Home Solution from January 2018 to July 2020. The World Bank in its ‘Doing Business’ Report has acknowledged Tata Power-DDL’s contribution towards improving the ease of getting electricity connection through process simplification improving India’s ranking twice, by 111 points from 137 in 2015 to 26 in 2017. Tata Power-DDL has won several accolades for its pioneering efforts in transforming the power sector at national and international levels including the National Award for Meritorious Performance thrice by the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India.
