Vincent Kot, MBA, SHRM-CP has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Macy's in various roles, starting as a Sales Associate in Men's Tailored Clothing, then progressing to Sales Supervisor for Luggage & Textiles, Executive Development Program Trainee Sales Manager for Impulse, Ready to Wear, and Suits, and finally Sales Manager for Men's Apparel. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Adams and Associates, Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant and Human Resources Training and Recruitment Coordinator. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Tiburcio Vásquez Health Center, Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator. During 2018, they worked at both the City and County of San Francisco as a Human Resources Analyst and at Native American Health Center as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist. Finally, since 2020, they have been employed at Asian Health Services as a Human Resources Manager and, since 2022, they have been employed at Tatari as a Senior People Operations Manager.

Vincent Kot has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pittsburg State University in Human Resources Management, obtained in 2020. Vincent also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from San Francisco State University in Film Studies, obtained in 2014, as well as a BA in Liberal Studies, also obtained in 2014. Vincent is certified as a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, obtained in 2019, and an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2017.
