Anthea King is a highly experienced Celebrity and Fashion Makeup Artist, Skincare and Beauty Expert, and Educator with a career spanning over 20 years. Currently operating Anthea King makeup since January 2004, Anthea has worked backstage during fashion weeks in major cities such as New York, Paris, and Milan, collaborating with high-profile clients including Amy Poehler, Gillian Anderson, and John Legend. Anthea's role as Master Lead Makeup Artist for the CHANEL Pop-up in 2022 saw significant sales success and the execution of large group Masterclasses. Additionally, Anthea co-founded Homepaired, a startup aimed at connecting American students with families for childcare solutions. Anthea also served as Lead Celebrity Makeup Artist for Avon/Mark Cosmetics and held the position of Associate Fashion Editor for Glamour and Marie Claire magazines early in the career. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon and study abroad experience at Avignon Université.
