Brittany (Harvey) Jefferson, MBA has extensive work experience in the beauty and skincare industry. Brittany currently works at TATCHA as the Sr. Director of Project Management, Concept to Launch. Brittany joined the company in August 2022.

Prior to TATCHA, Brittany worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. for five years. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Director of the Innovation COE from July 2019 to August 2022, and Manager of Global Business Planning from July 2017 to July 2019.

Before joining The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Brittany worked at Bluemercury as a Planner for E-Commerce from February 2016 to July 2017.

Brittany began their career at Unilever, where they worked as a Formulation Chemist from June 2008 to August 2013.

Brittany (Harvey) Jefferson, MBA, has a strong education background. Brittany completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry at Howard University from 2004 to 2008. Brittany furthered their education at The George Washington University from 2013 to 2016, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Global Management.

In addition to their formal education, Brittany also holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, which they obtained in January 2016 from the Management and Strategy Institute.
