Isaiah Luke Cardenas has a diverse work experience in the cosmetics industry. Isaiah Luke started their career as a Lancome Business Manager, where they built and maintained counter business and trained staff to exceed goals. Isaiah Luke then worked as an Assistant General Manager at Borders, where they coached and delegated staff to maximize productivity. Isaiah Luke later joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as an Estee Lauder ABA and Estee Lauder Business Manager, where they educated and demonstrated new artistry methods, trained and mentored beauty advisors, and assisted in exclusive product launches. Subsequently, they worked as a Field Sales and Events Coordinator at philosophy, overseeing a multi-million dollar territory and focusing on product education, event planning, and sales. Isaiah Luke then became a Sales Trainer Southwest at Bare Escentuals/BUXOM Cosmetics, responsible for sales and training in Sephora stores. Isaiah Luke also worked as a Sales and Education Executive at Murad and Sales and Education - Southwest/Northwest at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. In their most recent position, they served as a Global Education Creation Independent Contractor, creating education content for various companies. Currently, they are working as the Manager of International Education & Global Content at TATCHA.

Isaiah Luke Cardenas began their education journey in 2004 at San Joaquin Valley College-Bakersfield, where they pursued an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Isaiah Luke completed this program in 2005. Following this, Isaiah enrolled at the University of Phoenix in 2005 and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing. Presently, they are furthering their education at California Coast University, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
