Barbara Palmer-Tengs, PMP

Barbara Palmer-Tengs, PMP has held various roles in the field of program management since 2006. Barbara began their career at IBM Global Business Services as an Executive Project Manager and Service Area Manager, where they were responsible for the career development, evaluations and promotions, and project placement of project managers. In 2011, they were promoted to Executive Project Manager at IBM Corporation. In 2012, they returned to IBM Global Business Services as an Executive Project Manager. In 2017, they moved to T and T Consulting Services, Inc. where they currently serve as the Director of Program Management.

Barbara Palmer-Tengs obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The Ohio State University. Barbara also obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in October of 2000.
