Gene H.

Gene H. has over 35 years of experience in the field. Gene has held various positions, beginning with Air Force Officer for the United States Air Force from 1983 to 1998. From 1998 to 2001, they were the Director of Operations & Deputy Project Manager for the National Assessment Group, where they revamped product testing shop and led the work unit to its highest one-year tempo ever. From 2001 to 2003, they were the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer of Labor Force Analysis & Development Organization for the US Air Force (Air Education and Training Command). Gene then served as the Assistant Managing Director of Test Support for the US Air Force (AF Operational Test & Evaluation Center) from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they were the Managing Director of Moderization for the US Air Force (Aeronautical Systems Center). From 2009 to 2014, they were the Managing Director of Staff & Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Air Force Research Laboratory. Lastly, from 2014 to 2019, they were the Vice President Strategic Marketing/CIO and Sr Program Manager for RCF Information Systems, and is currently the Chief Information Officer for T and T Consulting Services, Inc.

Gene H. holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Angelo State University, as well as a Master of Science in Operations Research from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. Gene also holds certifications from the Air Force Acquisition for Level III - Program Management; Test & Evaluation; Systems Planning, Research & Development, and Engineering, and from the Texas State Board of Education for a Texas Teacher Certificate - High School.
