Jessica Payne

Jessica Payne has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Jessica has held various titles in different companies including Vice President of Service Management and Delivery, Director of Strategy and Growth, Program Director, Program Manager, and Project Manager at T and T Consulting Services, Inc. From 2009 to 2011, Jessica worked as an Administrative Assistant in the United States Air Force.
