Joe Hardy is a highly experienced marketing professional with a strong background in membership loyalty and communications. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at Tate since 2021, Joe has progressed through various roles, including Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive. Prior to this, Joe held positions at the London Symphony Orchestra from 2017 to 2021, starting as LSO St Luke's Marketing Co-ordinator and advancing to Marketing and Communications Assistant. Joe's career began at Create (Arts) Ltd, where responsibilities included Development Communications Executive and Communications Assistant from 2015 to 2017. Joe Hardy holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Sussex.

Today we have four major galleries and the national collection of British art from 1500 to the present day and international modern and contemporary art, which includes nearly 80,000 artworks.
