Andrew Taylor is the current President of Tate & Lyle, overseeing the company's operations in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Prior to this role, they served as President of Innovation and Commercial Development (ICD) at Tate & Lyle, where they were responsible for driving the creation, launch, and successful commercialization of all new products.
Before joining Tate & Lyle, Andrew was a Senior Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they worked for 20 years on a variety of growth and strategy projects for clients in a wide range of industries. During their time at BCG, Andrew also taught as an Adjunct Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Andrew Taylor has a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
They are on a team with Bill Magee - President, North America, Victoria Spadaro Grant - President, Innovation and Commercial Development, and Laura Hagan - Chief Human Resources Officer. Andrew Taylor reports to Nick Hampton, Chief Executive.
