Kayla Silcox Guidry

Kayla Silcox Guidry, MBA, currently serves as a Plant Buyer at Tate & Lyle since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kayla worked at AM/NS Calvert in various positions, including Analyst II in Procurement Intelligence and Customer Service Representative from January 2021 to 2023, and as an Executive Assistant from March 2018 to July 2020. Additionally, Kayla was a Materials Coordinator at BL Harbert International LLC for a brief period in 2020 and began their career as a Logistics Accounting Clerk at Norton Lilly International from July 2013 to March 2018. Kayla holds a Master of Business Administration from Faulkner University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business.
