Melissa Law is the current President of Global Operations at Tate & Lyle. Melissa has previously worked at Baker Hughes, where they held the position of President - Global Chemicals from March 2013 to August 2017. In this role, they were responsible for P&L management across multiple specialty chemical businesses with a focus on client partnerships, market share growth, and earnings via innovation and operations/supply chain management. Melissa also has experience as a VP of Operations Gulf of Mexico - Oilfield Services, where they were responsible for oilfield services in the Gulf of Mexico region from January 2005 to December 2013. Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to flawless execution, which has resulted in success for their various organizations.

Melissa Law received their Master's degree in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Houston.

Melissa Law reports to Nick Hampton, Chief Executive. They work with Bill Magee - President, North America, Rowan Adams - Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, and Lindsay Beardsell - Executive Vice President, General Counsel.
