Tim Gallagher

Tim Gallagher is currently working as a Category Development Manager at Tate & Lyle. Previously, Tim spent over two decades at PepsiCo, where Tim held various roles including Senior Research & Development Manager and Internship and Campus Recruiting Lead. Tim has experience in leading global innovation for healthy snacks and grains, developing new product lines, and promoting a culture of innovation within organizations. Tim holds a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
