Warren Tucker

Warren Tucker is an Independent Non Executive Director at Tate & Lyle. Warren has over 25 years of experience in senior finance roles.

Warren began their career at Arthur Andersen as an Audit Supervisor. Warren then moved to Lazard as a Corporate Finance Executive. In 1987, they joined British Airways as Financial Controller - Commercial. Warren held this position for twelve years until they joined Cable and Wireless Communications Plc as CFO in 1999. At Cable and Wireless, Warren was also Deputy CFO. Warren left the company in 2002 to pursue other interests.

In 2009, Warren joined Tate & Lyle as an Independent Non Executive Director. Warren brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role and provides valuable insights to the Board.

Warren Tucker has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD, a B. Sc. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol, and A levels in Maths A, Physics B and Business Studies A from Whitgift School.
