Shane McGivern

Shane McGivern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Tate since April 2024, Shane previously held various positions at Kingspan Insulation from March 2018 to April 2024, including Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Assistant Production Manager. Before that, from October 2008 to September 2012, Shane operated a successful consultancy business, Building Energy Ratings, focusing on promoting building energy efficiency services to private clients and industry professionals. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from Ulster University and a Higher National Certificate in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Southern Regional College Newry.
