Fanil A. Agliullin

Born in 1975. Mr Agliullin graduated from the Kazan Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in 2004. From 1995 to 2014, he served in internal affairs agencies of the Russian Federation. From 2014 to 2016, Mr Agliullin worked as a deputy head of the department of special training at the centre for security of top officials of the Internal Protection Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan. From 2016 to 2019, Mr Agliullin headed the security service and served as an aide to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. Starting September 2019, he has held the position of the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
