Kuljeet Sran

Kuljeet Sran has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and technology. From 2018 to 2018, they worked as a Summer Intern at Sportking, where they gained exposure to the SAP architecture and various modules of the SAP platform. In 2019, they took on the role of a Data Science Intern at Sabudh Foundation, where they worked on projects related to the detection of Indian Sign Language and traffic density estimation using YOLO. From 2020 to the present, Kuljeet has been working at Tatras Data, starting as a Junior Data Scientist and later transitioning to an Associate Data Scientist role. At Tatras Data, they have been involved in projects such as building candidate recommendation systems, OCR-based PDF parsing, and incorporating feedback loops in recommender systems. Throughout their work experience, Kuljeet has gained skills in areas like machine learning, natural language processing, and deployment of services using Docker.

Kuljeet Sran completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, from 2016 to 2020. Following this, Kuljeet pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2022 to 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Kuljeet also obtained several certifications related to their field of study. In 2019, they completed the "Applied Machine Learning in Python" and "Python For Data Science" courses from Coursera. Later, in 2021, they achieved the "Advanced Designer Certificate," "Core Designer Certificate," "Developer Certificate," and "ML Practitioner Certificate" from Dataiku.
