Ellyn Thompson

Ellyn Thompson is a project manager at Tatte Bakery & Cafe since November 2016, overseeing the Learning & Development / People Team where Ellyn creates and edits training and SOP documentation from various departments. Prior to Tatte, Ellyn worked at Whole Foods Market from 2008 to 2016, holding positions such as Supervisor, Team Leader, and Buyer. Ellyn is an alumna of Northeastern University, UMass Boston, and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
