Jonathan Blanco

Jonathan Blanco has extensive experience in management and operations within the food service industry, currently serving as Systems & Security Manager, Operations Specialist, and Cafe Manager at Tatte Bakery & Cafe since August 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing new store openings, training staff, and managing a team of over 30 employees, focusing on maintaining service quality and brand integrity. Previous roles include supporting middle school students with learning disabilities as an Eye to Eye Student Mentor and working with elementary students at Gonzaga University. Jonathan has also organized volunteer programs to support families in poverty and served as Assistant Manager at Forest Park Cabana Club. Jonathan holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and a bachelor's degree from Gonzaga University.
