Hugo Rabelo has over 14 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Hugo has held various roles, starting with Software Development Team Lead at S. Toledo Agência Integrada in 2006, followed by Programmer at AGR Sistemas in 2008, Product Team Lead at Companhia de Água e Esgotos da Paraíba in 2010, Software Development Team Lead at Fácil Soluções em Informática LTDA. in 2011, Software Engineer at Aleyant in 2019, Software Development Engineer at Aleyant in 2020, and Senior Frontend Developer at Brand Wings in 2020. Hugo currently holds the role of Senior Software Engineer at Tattle since 2022.

Hugo Rabelo attended Facisa - Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Aplicadas from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a University degree in Computer Science. Hugo has also obtained several certifications from Escola Conquer, including Apresentações de Alto Impacto, Comunicação e Oratória - Destravando a sua comunicação, Inteligência Emocional Conquer, PNL para líderes, Produtividade e Gestão do Tempo, and Inteligência Emocional 2.0, all obtained in July 2022, with the exception of Inteligência Emocional 2.0 which was obtained in June 2022.
