Nico Ante has extensive experience in the hospitality and event sector, currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at Tattu Restaurants since September 2022, following a role as Assistant Restaurant Manager. Prior to this, Nico was the Event Service Operation Manager for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, overseeing operational planning and guest interactions. Experience also includes leadership roles during the pandemic as Deputy Site Manager with Serco, and positions focused on beverage management and staff training at establishments such as Hampton Manor and Red Peppers. Nico co-owned Chocolate Heaven Cafe, implementing successful marketing strategies, and held positions at Hotel Du Vin and Simpsons Restaurant with Rooms, emphasizing exceptional service and beverage education. Nico holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Hospitality Management from University College Birmingham.
