Richard Hargrave

Richard Hargrave is the Chief Operating Officer at Tatum Reinsurance Intermediary, LLC since March 2023. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Senior Vice President at Benefytt Technologies from March 2021 to March 2023 and at Risk Strategies Company from December 2015 to January 2021. Before that, Richard was the COO/CFO at Re-Solutions Intermediaries, LLC from 2001 to November 2015. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Kent.
