Ivana Mladić

Ivana Mladić has extensive work experience in various roles related to business development and account management.

Ivana is currently working as the Director of Business Development at Tatum since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of SMB at Emplifi from April 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Emplifi, Ivana worked at Socialbakers as the Head of SMB Account Executives from April 2019 to April 2021. Ivana also worked as a Key Account Manager at Rogue Wave Software from January 2019 to March 2019.

In 2018, they held the role of Enterprise Business Development EMEA at Lithium Technologies from February to December.

Ivana initially started their career at Socialbakers in 2013, where they had multiple roles including Deputy Inside Sales Director from January 2016 to January 2018, SMB Manager from January to December 2015, Account Executive - EMEA from September to December 2014, and Business Development Representative from May 2013 to August 2014.

Ivana began their professional journey at Concur Technologies as a Market Analyst from February 2012 to April 2013.

Ivana Mladić completed their education history as follows. Ivana obtained a Master's degree in International Management from Teesside University, from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Anglo-American University in Prague, which lasted from 2009 to 2012. Ivana also holds a High School Diploma from the International School of Prague, which they acquired between 2001 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, they obtained an Advanced MEDDPICC certification from the MEDDIC Academy in December 2021.
