Maciej B. serves as the IT Director at TATUUM since November 2022, focusing on developing internal client relationships and spearheading the company's digital transformation. Maciej's responsibilities include managing the IT delivery team, enhancing business efficiency through modern digital solutions, and establishing IT strategies aligned with budgetary constraints. Previously, Maciej served as the Head of Business Support Services Team at UNIQA Polska, an IT Service Management Expert at UNIQA Insurance Group AG, and held several leadership roles at Aviva Poland, T-Mobile Polska, CUBE.ITG, and Sygnity S.A. Maciej has extensive experience in Agile methodologies, project delivery management, and quality assurance in the IT sector, alongside a strong academic background from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
